1. About BLK Advisory 

1.1  BLK Advisory Services Limited is a legal entity, duly incorporated and existing in the Isle of Man, identified by  company registration number 020734V, whose registered office address is that of 2A Lord street, PO Box 95, IM99  1HP Douglas, Isle of Man (hereinafter “BLK Advisory”, “we” and “our”).  

1.2  We operate exclusively as a business advisory and financial consultancy desk. Accordingly, we act as the liaison  between clients and third-party provider(s) of trust, administrative, fiduciary and accounting services in a number  of jurisdictions worldwide, with particular focus in the Republic of Cyprus, Slovenia, Hungary, Italy, Czech Republic,  Estonia and Albania. We provide support and assist you in sourcing the appropriate third-party provider for individual  solutions for your company and business model with strategies tailored to your needs.  

1.3  Our third-party provider(s) may assist you in a variety of matters, including, amongst others: local company  formation, maintenance and administration, local banking and accounting support. For greater certainty, such  services are not provided by BLK Advisory but by such respective third-party provider(s). We do not control, offer  or manage any such services. We are not acting as an agent in any capacity for any third-party provider(s). 

1.4  Notwithstanding the aforesaid, we may act as a limited payment collection agent, that is accept – through regulated  payment processors – payments from you on behalf of the thirty-party provider(s). In such case, upon your payment  of the funds to us, your payment obligation to the third-party provider(s) for the agreed upon amount is extinguished,  and we are responsible for remitting the funds – through regulated payment processors – successfully received by  you to the third-party provider(s). In the event that we do not remit any such amounts to the third-party provider(s),  the third-party provider(s) will have recourse only against us and not you directly for the failure on the provision of  the payment of the services.

 

2. Terms of use 

2.1  This website is provided by BLK Advisory subject to the following terms and conditions of website use (“terms of  use”). These terms of use should be read carefully as they set forth the legally binding framework that govern your  access to, and use of, this website and its contents. 6.2  BLK Advisory does not have any duties or obligations as agent for each third-party provider except to the limited  extent expressly set forth in these terms, and any additional duties or obligations as may be implied by law are, to  the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, expressly excluded. 

 

7. Governing law and jurisdiction 

7.1  You agree that your use of this website will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the  Republic of Cyprus, without regard to any conflict of laws principles. You agree that any action or discpute relating  to these terms of use shall be brought exclusively in the responsible court of the Republic of Cyprus (“applicable court”) and irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable court.  

7.2  If you are acting as an individual consumer and if mandatory statutory consumer protection regulations in your  country of residence contain provisions that are more beneficial for you, such provisions shall apply irrespective of  the choice of Cyprus law. As an individual consumer, you may bring any judicial proceedings relating to these terms before the competent court of your place of residence or a competent court in the Republic of Cyprus. If BLK Advisory wishes to enforce any of its rights against you as a consumer, we may do so only in the courts of the jurisdiction in  which you are a resident. If you are acting as a business, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the  Cyprus courts.
